About Me

Writing a fanzine, newsletter or even just a Christmas card?

I've been producing fanzines for my local science fiction fandom community for more than 10 years now, and over that time I've learned a great deal about how to make the most of a good printing service when you're an amateur. If you've ever wondered how to format a print-ready PDF, which kind of paper you should choose, how high up the colour-scale your quality really needs to be or what to do to make photos come out looking as good as possible, wonder no more--I've started this blog to share what I've learned with you all, and I'm excited to get going!
